this was taken at the charity convoy 05, looked a bit different then!

can i ask what SLR do you use matt?

Thanks. As Mr V will confirm, that was at Orwell Truck Stop near Ipswich in Suffolk back in May this year - it was one of the most beautiful days of the summer and as I recall sitting here freezing, it was hot enough to burn the top of your scalp!!!

PS seeing it in Carters livery makes me think that we’ll have to start a thread about them, seeing as their remaining green trucks have all been de-liveried and will eventually be replaced by boring wincanton blue! But i’ll post a new thread rather than hijack this one.

I could do with commissioning MR BILLMAN to clean my unit every week end it would look well then if nothing else, whats my chances rob of poping up every fri/sat/sun to do my truck

If i thought for one moment that i could make some proper money cleaning trucks then i’d make myself available!!! Mr V could retire for show use!!! (i’d soon get bored with that, half the enjoyment of owning Mr V is the attention it gets being a working truck)

A couple of my favourite photos from Santa Pod 2008. Came home with 2nd place trophy. A very proud moment.

Stunning as always…looking at those pictures above,i would say that the 2nd place trophy was well deserved… :sunglasses: :sunglasses:
