They’ve got so much better in the last year or so. They used to only send it to test stations but the card always gets sent to your home address now.
My original one came to my home address 5 years ago.
The booklet that comes with the form doesn’t mention the change and the form still asks you to nominate a station.
The form I received in August made no mention of test station collection.
