Well we kind of do. Lorry driver was texting, or rolling a ■■■, or fell asleep … or less likely, got stuck in tram lines… whatever. Unlikely a coach would stop with its arse end sitting in lane one.

True. We seem to forget that we are in one of the most dangerous jobs going and that it could happen to anyone of us at any time.

We always seem to think it will happen to someone else, but not us.

Or he had heart attack or stroke.

Please lets not put blame down now, the blokes dead ffs. Why not wait for the Coroners report then we can criticise if thats whats deserved.

Or the driver sneezed, the coach WAS overhanging the carriageway, a tyre blew out, another vehicle passed him too closely, his steering failed or one of a thousand other things could have happened! I can’t believe that anybody on this forum would default to blaming the lorry driver who cannot defend himself! :open_mouth:

Or the lorry driver was already deceased when he hit the coach, it does happen and much too often.

Sorry the between life cat had already said that!

And in other news. Excessive knee jerking on TruckNet UK following release of the truck driver’s name.
