PM Diesel Dave, he isn’t far away and does some work in Wrexham. He is the oracle on all things with classes
Remember that cheapest is not always the best
But as malc say wait till Deisel Dave report for duty he may be able to advise as he is an independent tutor on the subject
I did ADR tanks and packages with DD in Ellesmere Port in April. 5 day course including exams.
Good price, good bloke and you get 21 hours DCPC training included.

The nearest ADR provider to you in Wrexham is probably Gatewen Training, they’re on 01978-352636
A little further away is JMD Training, they’re on 01244-543473
There are other providers, but they’re further away and probably not as cheap as you’d like. 
Have you decided which ADR modules you wish to take yet?
