Danger or boat sagging as both ends are around. Half a dozen tugs there. Maybe dredge sand and or pump off fuel. Very tall for most cranes to off load containers.

When they could line up all the waiting container ships with lines between them and then attach a line or 6 from the front one to the rear of the stuck one and then all go full astern with how many combined horsepower.
Bonus points for doing the opposite at the front.
It might pull the back and/or front end off the ship though turning a drama into a crisis.

Wiki says it is a sea-level canal, with no locks. So no chance of putting extra water into a closed section and floating ship off the bank.
(The Panama canal has locks to raise it 26 metres above sea level)

Its only tidal at one end
But there IS a tidal flow between the two seas.
