High Wycombe Driver

Anyone got any ideas where my 19 in August son who has class c , CPC card and tacho card could find work within 30 miles of High Wycombe. He’s been out with me in a lorry for years and knows how to use a tachograph.

A NY ripper companies locally who might be taking on■■?

Try Bidfood in Slough…they’ve got several Sprinter Vans and might him through his class 2 if he’s any good… yeah I know… it’s foodservice/multi-drop blah blah but hey… ya gotta start somewhere and atm, we’re keyworkers!

The op says he already has class C

Our local council is currently desperate for bin lorry drivers, as many have gone off sick. Maybe the same elsewhere, so try the council or whichever company is doing the bins

My bad…the age distracted me!! In that case, he’s probably guaranteed a start but with things as they are atm, might be best to hang on till everything sorts itself out…doubt they’d be taking on for the time being as the multi temp side is a bit slow…no harm in calling them though… I believe the money isn’t bad but it is graft
