95 Eurocargo dash warning light

Hi all,

Could someone tell me what this warning light means on my 95 eurocargo?

I’ve also replaced my rear tail lights with leds, and the indicator lamp on the dash no longer flashes when activated, it just stays on permanent (lights work fine). As this will come up in my plating, do I just need to fit an inline resistor somewhere?
