Renault premium lighting/indicator fault

Hi all.Looking for some help if any of you could help.Ive got a 2010 Renault premium 6x2 unit.The problem I am having is when I put indicators or hazards on while I have lights on the indicators don’t work and all my lights go of.Sometimes they come back on and work other times they stay of.if I do it at standstill with door open the interior lights go of as well.Fault code I get for it is mid 140 PSID 210 fmi 12.

Box of matches or a lighter will fix that.

Hi , it might be worth removing the plastic panel on the step as they have a habit of rubbing the indicator wire through on the step causing a short
