I know you used to be able to park on Team Valley in some places but it’s been ages so.domt know if it’s restricted etc these days. Handy for Sainsbury’s too.

At the end of the road where the tyre place is, pub at opposite end The Waggon Team? just off the Dunston Team Valley junction, good food in there, Sky Sports, …and full of Toon fans 
…so not all bad. 
Behind b and q at Washington Aldi close by , nice and quiet parked there loads of times no bother at all
Settled for Sedling Road Washington in the end.
