Utter ■■■■■■■■, I’ve never heard of anyone petitioning a government to reduce diesel emissions, never heard of a manifesto promising to reduce diesel emissions (except from Green parties, who fail dismally at every election) governments may be “upping their game” on climate change, but only because they know it will bring in more revenue for them to ■■■■ up the wall.
