Stopped on Ripple road just off the a13, parking one side of road but pay by phone. 30 min free but have to do by phone or app. Call the number give reg and make, request 30 min free, have to opt out from text reminder messages to avoid cost. 25 min in issue with drop off have to wait for office to confirm. Then try to pay for hour parking back on phone, no can do, can’t use again for 2 hours.Are these just scaremongering money grabbers? Are they managed by camera or a warden that may not appear for ages?
