Looking for some feedback on the new Scania G cab.
Good or bad. What’s your point of view of it??

It goes forward and back sufficantly enough to get to your destination. Everything else is unnecessary and will eventually break and be expensive too fix.

Next gen is a lovely drive, can’t see the G being a lot different to the R cab other than it’s obviously a bit lower so you’ve got a bonnet beside you.
Gearbox a good improvement on the previous model, goes steers and stops well, two stage exhaust brake is better than before, steers direct (but not as direct as the previous model IMHO), ride much better, quieter too.
Mirrors are good, though for some reason when i drive one i seem to be on the ■■■■ when reversing into a bay, can’t work out why that is.
Not sure about all the light switches situated on the door, when it rains when you open the door they get soaked, dare say they’re well sealed but just seems an own goal to me.
Overall a very decent lorry, i’d be happy with one.
Kn drinks just replaced all there fleet with G450,s.
Drivers getting 10 mpg with full load of beer on…
