I’ve recently signed up for this as a way of getting paid. It seemed the easiest way for me to get paid. An filling expenses.
I’ve contacted the agency about me getting enhanced hourly rate now. As I’ve got a limited company set up in my name an address. But they wasn’t sure about this. I’ve basically had another company set up a limited company in my name. But they do all the paperwork.
Is this the easiest way for me to be setup?

I set up my own Ltd company cost me £12 & about 30 mins on line, then just wait for the docs to arrive via email

HMRC have basically said it isn’t possible to be self employed as a driver unless you own the lorry. They’re also targetting PSC and MSCs for compliance tests.
