I have seen Richard Long in Norfolk advertising for UK drivers and as they are local to me am thinking about giving them a go. Has anyone got any recent experience of their UK work ( hours pay conditions etc) that they would care to share? I have searched the archives but can’t find any recent comments.

Have a look at some of the posts on this forum and then make up your mind whether you want to work for people like Richard and Lorraine.
I worked for them a few years ago and freely admit I enjoyed the job once away from the yard, they try to treat you like they’ve trodden in something or did and cant see how that has changed. Ba a miracle if it has …

I went there to inquire about a job but left after hearing her screaming down the phone to what I assumed was a driver.

This was some years back but I got the impression that it was her normal method of “speaking to people”.
Age may have calmed her, who knows?

I was on the european stuff but had no contact at all with this so called dutch office , all jobs sorted through head office at Wymondham.
A mate was on there for a few months until a month ago although he liked the work the rest was still as bad as they say
I have a mate that works there on euro,doesnt get paid weekends out,■■■■■■ off with them now he’s leaving shortly only on about 520/550 a week
