What time would a regular weekly rest have to start if it ended at 4am on a Monday?
7am this morning (Saturday)
06.59 Saturday if you are having 45 hours off would be my estimation.
It might be an easy question but ill be mighty surprised if its less than three pages with a full blown argument by this time tomorrow!

Nope, it still counts for the previous fixed week as long as it started in that fixed week.

No, and the rest period can be applied to either the fixed week in which it began or the fixed week in which it ends provided that it straddles midnight Sunday.

A weekly rest of under 69 hours that includes Sunday midnight can be used for the week ending or the week starting but not both
