One sure fire way of helping the situation is for drivers on here NAMING & SHAMING the crap employers and/or poor payers.
Stay away from them and stop bottling it by taking the job because it’s " just down the road from me and they leave me alone ".
As for £12 per hour in the North West, it’s rarely achieved for Mon-Fri days PAYE, but I would say it’s about average for nights.
