I was wondering if anyone knew why the mileage on my dashboard would be out by 20,000 miles compared to the Tachograph?

20,000 miles running on the wire? 
Tacho will be in KM. Dash will be in miles, there should be an option to change it somewhere with a button or in a menu.
33000 miles on the dash and 53000 kilometres on the tacho?
