Can anyone throw any light on wages, conditions at Grocontinental please??
Spoke to HR today & they were quite reluctant to tell me the basics of how wages are calculated.
I was told it was an hourly rate, load & tip bonus, night out etc etc…
Anyone on here work here??

Not sure on the specifics you requested but…
Was a family company; recently sold to a larger foreign company - not too sure what impact this has had, but I hear the new owners have kept the same management structure in place.

Yes, they were called Grocott & Son then. One of the tractive units they ran on Middle-East was a LHD ERF NGC ‘European’ demonstrator (JDF 132N), which later went to Beresford of Stoke and finished up with Trans Arabia in Saudi.
