Surely you wouldn’t of turned into to him to avoid him as you suggest and as your picture suggests given that you have ended up in the o/s of the carriageway…unless of course you were trying clip the back of his trailer in a police chase style to send him into a spin to end the pursuit
Plenty of evidence at the side of the a15 of people who’ve dropped their ns wheels onto the verge. Skid marks clearly show them compensating, crossing both lanes before landing in the fields on the other side. More often than not on their side.
As someone who drives that road, the a15 not the one in France, I can tell you for a fact that 50mph isn’t fast enough for some of the hero steering wheel attendants out there and they will try an overtake on bends, dips and narrow bits of road. Pierrot14s account is totally believable to me.
