I can see one new warehouse in Crick near NFT and 2 near Leicester j 21a empty and was never used about 2 years.How many this situation you see??
I see plenty of new warehouse units being built, strange for all the hype about the economy and brexit. But one empty for two years is a little unusual, unless business rates are high in that area Andrejs

Our building was built and before us don’t believe it was occupied as it flooded into the warehouse when the river burst its banks.
It sat their empty I believe for a number of years until we took it on.
They did some work on the river banks yet it still floods and has done 3 times since we moved in at the end of 2014.
Are you sure there not over flow storage facilities ?Are they all set up with offices etc ?
