Best way in from the M1? M25 A12? A13? A406?
I appreciate they’ll all be screwed and it’s like picking a preferred testicle but casting for opinion anyway.
If ever I deliver to Barking I’ll use the A1 and go A406(E). It’s simple for me. That’s what I care about mainly! Easy navigation haha.
It wasn’t all that bad traffic wise when I’ve been there if I remember correctly. I was probably lucky.

M11,A406,A13 get in early before six if possible,get your head down then when you get there.

In that case Bobbya is on the money. M11/A406 North Circular every time.
I go to Gascogne Rd via M11 A406 then it’s on your left as you join the A13 north.
You can get in off the 406 but there is a timed HGV ban.
I’m with all the above, but if you find that the NCR is a bit chocka at the A13, Come off at the A124 and head towards Barking, first rdbt, with some sort of tall emblem in the middle, turn right into Abbey Road, as you pass the park on your left there are some places to park up if your early, follow the road round the left bend to the next rdbt and turn right into Gascoigne Road.

I’m reckoning on a break somewhere. I’m off to Colchester then Peterborough after so want to have a clear slate from as close to Barking as possible ideally

Cool thanks. I’ll probably head to that park first to nab a spot failing that ill heqd to Gascoigne Way because im hoping to be there for 8am so will be before the restriction kicks in

once on A13 when you get near M25 jct get right out in to O/S lane or you’ll be sat in a queue waiting to exit A13 when you want to carry on
Usual hotspots will be where the A1 joins, under the rail bridge after Muswell Hill, Wanstead where the M11 starts and from there all the way to the A13. From that point to Tilbury should be a doddle till what Blue just posted.
M1 up to 25 ?
If going Staples Corner to Tilbury I’d be tempted to shoot up the M1 then onto M25 as going that way you’re heading against the flow of traffic…

Against the flow of traffic till Watford and then busy clockwise all the way to the A13
