Basically, one man has died and another will be spending the rest of his life in a wheelchair because Mr Morrison preferred to stare at his mobile phone rather than looking where he was going. The technology is in place to lock mobile phones when they are in a moving vehicle, I can’t understand how it can still be possible to access the internet while travelling at high speed.Because lots of people travel as passengers…?
Believe it or not Roy, the technology required to ascertain how many people are travelling in a car has existed (and been in use) for at least a decade now.
How does said technology ascertain whether the person accessing t’Internet is driving or passengering?
