Maritime have moved out, and it will become part of the tram network in Manc. Think they now store containers in their yard by Freightliner, and have taken Turners old yard by Kelloggs for the trucks and spivs in the office.
Maritimes lease expired & Peel Holdings have decided to redevelop it into car showrooms & like Janos said, the Metrolink will run across the front of it.
I believe the make of car on sale at the proposed showroom( for those that can afford the best of German engineering )will be BMW.
