Can’t tell you much about Sittingbourne, as I did a lot of agency wok for them out of Halifax, but I do know things have changed since I was last in there about 5 years ago.Health and Safety is king, but the drivers have all the equipment they need to do the job. 63 plate motors have 12 months left on them before they are replaced at 5 years. All vehicles tracked. Money was good at the time, but I believe others have caught up and are not far behind. Not sure if Sittingbourne do nights out, but they do at the other depots. Uniform, pension etc etc.
