ADR welcome new class 1 starts. Is this true and can anyone back it up?
Im pretty sure all agency’s except new passes, you are needed for the crap jobs the regular experienced guys wont do.

All depend from client.They taked new driver for some client but not for all.

You not right.In last 10 nyears to many agency moaning about driving shortgate but not all taked inexprerienced drivers and drivers with experience but if hold licence less for 2 years >Some agency want if hold licence at least 6 month.
Slightly off topic, but i’m reading adds on Indeed for Class 1. It says HGV experience for 1 year. Does this mean if you have driven Class 2 or C for over a year this counts?
