I doubt it, there’s an E stop button on the remote.
Looking at that video, the way he swings the load, hits the tree etc, it looks like someone that’s never used one before! Why did he need to slew it so far to the near side?
The cab also seems to lean when he lifts it suggesting that he had no legs out on the offside either.

They used to tip in a yard I worked at, those jumbo bags were unwieldy even with a selector grab on a 360 machine.
I don’t know why they can’t used a block/builders merchant type grab that’s got hook points for lifting bags also or something similar instead of chains it would cut down on the free swing pendulum effect surely?.
