Any idea which services/truckstops will take a shell card as parking payment?
None would be my guess. The bunkering agents use snap, so you can usually use keyfuels or dkv etc on a snap site, but I’ve never known anywhere to take a shell card
Its because the Uk doesnt move with the times…i carry a shell card, which also allows me to buy oil, windscreen wash etc…AND all over europe i can use it for paying tolls…eg: Maut in germany, belgium road tax and the french peages, god forbid i should need it for a truck stop… 
none in the uk as far as am aware
It depends what services are enable ld on the card my UK ones do petrol and diesel the shell only diesel
Our BP cards will only work for fuel and adblue, no parking.
