I’ve always found them reasonable regarding times as long as you don’t push your luck too much. H&S is a bit over the top, but the office staff are friendly and helpful. Cardiff, though, that’s a different story!

Is that the one with the huge snack bar in the middle?
And where you have to drive round the back to get out, where they keep all the burst pallets of slabs and pipes on the corners which aren’t all that wide to begin with?
