It’s time, people,were issued penalty points for stopping on the hard shoulder, if the vehicle is genuinely broken down that’s fine. In stances like this should get 3 points and £1000 fine.
Same for drivers taking rest period on the hard shoulder slip roads etc. this applies to all vehicles
