FlyByNite - Any experiences?

A friend of mine who is in the music touring business has suggested I apply for a driving job with FlyByNite in Redditch, but I have heard some bad stuff about them. Does anyone out there have experience of working for them and if so what are they like as employers?

Any comments good or bad, welcomed.

Thanks

Would your friend not be the best to ask if he is in the business

not worked for them but i know they are taking jobs for next to nothing. taking work off other companies with next to no profit on just so they have the work

this sugests that they are paying pittance to me

Not a great name for a haulage firm is it :grimacing:

Seem to recall contacting this firm some time ago with a notion of something vaguely glam on the old CV,after the remuneration issues were camouflaged into the long grass, the TM attempts to appeal to the living the rock n roll dream side of me,not. the be all for me admittedly,i mean the golden age of rock has long been dead I think it’s safe to say, moving gear for talentless ■■■■■ like,Barlow, keating and maroon 5 for example wouldn’t exactly be as cache as say the Who,Led zepp,Deep Purple or Thin Lizzy maybe?

He puts the phone down lol.

Go for it man. Tell us all about it.
