well done that man :unamused:

Agency :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses:

Put the frilly curtains under the drive wheels to give the unit traction again and it sorted… Only been scuppered by soft ground after all.!!! :unamused:

Farnborough Boy would’ve ■■■■■■ that!

Agency :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses:

Hes not agency, hes a full time employee.
You can tell by the way he’s still there. An agency driver would have packed up his stuff and buggered off home!

Why is the name on the trailer blocked out? Is this data protection or some barmy human rights law ie right not to be ridiculed?
I think when some idiot hits a bridge, gets stuck like the guy shown in the photo is, the name and reg should be displayed. A bit like when hanged criminals had their bodies gibbetted as a warning.
It’s the same when you see a police car behind someone. If they’ve broken down the cop car flashes those red lights. If they’ve been stopped for something naughty, then blues are flashing.

I’m in total agreement with you ‘maoster’  I’m sure he’s showing the local’s, of whatever Country he is in, how to do it

Regards
Dave Penn;

It’s one of Bretts

Is that a dirt track on the right he’s trying to reverse into? Full credit for being ambitious!

Why do they do it. I have to admit I was looking for a farm this week and turned down the road it was supposed to be on. I missed the entrance as it was hidden behind a new housing development. I knew there was an eighteen tonne weight limit bridge further up this road. When I could see the bridge it was obvious I had missed it. Two choices, go over bridge or go back. Nowhere to turn so I had to reverse. Slowly and stopping when traffic appeared . Bit of a clat but job done. Lot quicker than being recovered and damaged

The police went to all that trouble blanking out the name on their twitter post. Then the actual guy who recovered the truck has tweeted to say the road was now clear, with a photo of the truck on the back of his wrecker, without the name blanked out.[emoji23]

Panic & being flustered can make people do stupid things. Not that i’m excusing him, trying to turn around there is just beyond comprehension.

Reminds me of this:

FFS. He’d would have been better going under that bridge. He’d have done less damage that way.

Oldie but always makes me laugh

It could be he’s been using different length tris, 8 m, 10 m,12m,13 m etc , I remember the shunter doing a war dance in the yard after I nearly wiped his tug out , like I said to him all these different lengths tris is very confusing , you should standard size them , did his normal number of f ing and blinding whilst walking away shaking his head :unamused:

On the trailer maybe, can still see part of the name on the door…doesn’t take a genius to work out who’s it is :grimacing:
