Many experienced drivers will not need training for this and the info in that video will be enough so that means that they could get hold of a LGV C1 vehicle that is ok for the DVSA specifications and do the whole thing themselves
Module 2 theory is a test with a few different picture scenarios and there are a few Qs on each pic with multiple choice answers - again experienced drivers should have no issues doing this without any prior training
These two are tests which can be failed whereas the periodic is 35 hours of attendance so its up to the individual how they proceed
