Realistically what should you expect for a 4on 4off salary per annum been offered it but have to negotiate my salary I was thinking £32,500 pa then let them knock me down to £30, 000.ps that is for a 48 hours every 4 days on.
If thats for an absolute max of 48 hours, no POA at all, then your figures are about right…unless the work is very specialist, lates or nights, in which case you should add £2/4k.
My mates just gone onto 4/4 and he’s on 27k ,12 hr shifts,put up in hotel ,option to do 1/2 extra days if he wishes,he’s very happy with the package offered.
