I used to do shifts with DHL ( when this thread was first started ) 
i remember spending ages writing out the OPS 13 and OPS 15 sheets and having to sit for 20 mins in the cab before moving it
then spend another 20 mins sitting after hitching on to a trailer and any other trailer you used during the shift,
and then again wait another 20 mins at the end of your shift before pulling the card out !!
yea you are paid for it but it was soul destroying
