I think Sweden went along the lines of ‘if’ it’s true that we create anti bodies to this and we’re then immune why would we want to stop the population catching it as soon as possible so they are then immune as soon as possible.
I think that was also the plan here but they changed their minds for some reason but still go along with the idea that we do create natural immunity when we’ve caught it.Strange why would they want to treat it like Leprosy if we create natural immunity to it on exposure. 
But the recovery figures tell a different story.Possibly rigged to prevent panic ( actually zero recovery ) or rigged ( downward ) to keep the project fear power grab on track.Take your pick.
Or the whole thing is fake to create the pretext for the same power grab at the end of the day.
CCP still then more or less gets what it wanted, assuming it’s behind it, regardless.( Likely ).On that note whatever it is that China wants Sweden obviously isn’t considered a problem needing ‘special’ measures like us.
