IIRC, he hails from Blackpool or thereabouts… that’s unless Her Majesty has decided that she prefers him to live in Chelmsford for the duration. In which case, it could be our Phil.
Limeyphil can knock a good victoria sponge cake up but its definately not icing sugar he dusts the top with!
