I’m allergic to both the cold and the dark. 
Shouldn’t I get be entitled to a fortnight in Australia on the NHS?
My boss thinks hard work is on my list of allergies too!
I do get a bit down this time of year. A bright cold day seems less bad to me than a milder, but grey, damp day.

Theres a rather nifty herbal product available for the seasonal transition blues I’ve always found effective called 5htp,similar to st johns wort.Comes from an African plant Griffonia Simplifica.Like most herbals it takes couple of months to establish itself in the system but well worth the candle I find.Sent from my SM-G361F using Tapatalk
