Had your fill of cold turkey sandwiches, turkey curry, turkey rissotto etc? Fed up with mince pies and Crimbo cake in your sandwich tin? Well so am I, and I’m embarking on an exercise regime to get into shape for Summer, when I shall be forsaking the comforts of my cab for the rather more spartan padding of a bicycle saddle and taking part in a sponsored cycle ride from London to Paris.
