It is with great sadness that I tell you that Paul Smith, founder of the “Safe Speed” website and campaign died suddenly the other day.
A Man of high intelligence and integrity, who could put his point without shouting, and put it very well.

To best remember Paul, I think the best way is to carry on the fight he started, remember, road safety affects us all.
