Been plastering on deep heat max to help me get through day , but doesn’t seem to be helping much , anyone used anything ( cream type of stuff ) that’s better . Ta
you could always get a fellow colleague ( is that what you call them).? to give you a swift kick in the plums…that should take your mind off of whatever pain your needing deep heat for until at least tomorrow morning…personally I find that a packet of frozen peas or similar works best for aches that some would use deep heat for.
