Im not sure as yet how much my GP will charge me to get the medical done. however, my optician is my cousin.
Would that be a problem do you think since he is related?

why would it be an issue if all was done professionally ?
If you pay more than £60 for D4 then consider yourself ripped off
Is this for a first D4 provisional medical or is it a D4 renewal ?
If a renewal and you have not had a licence issued since Oct 2012 then change the photo and get 5 years before a D4 has to be done

its a first D4.
My cousin wont charge me to fill the form in. Im just not sure that him having the same surname as me would be a problem…i.e calling in a favour to make everything look ok… Even though it is. I wear glasses but low numbers.

I just were on the Way to send License up for updating new Address.
You remembered me about Medical as i would have to do that then in December and sending License off again.
