Coffee VS Coffee Substitutes

Coffee VS Coffee Substitutes

What are people drinking to stay awake and “sharp”?

Some truckers on their video Blogs on youtube are saying they use coffee substitutes like these:
Teeccino
teeccino.com/
energiseforlife.com/catalogs … q=Teeccino

Caro by Nestle (Called Pero in North America)
hollandandbarrett.com/search … lNumRecs=2

In theory these don’t have caffeine and Taurine so should be less bad for hearth and stuff like that, but have someone compared them and is there some effect from these things in real life tests?

Pro plus does it for me.

Do you mean these?

Caffeine is a stimulant and is found naturally in a plethora of plants, including coffee beans, cocoa nuts, and tea leaves. After it has been harvested, caffeine is oftentimes found in coffees, teas, colas, guarana, and other products.

Caffeine is used for a wide range of purposes, including to enhance mental alertness and acuity. The stimulant can also be used in combination with a painkiller like acetaminophen and aspirin as well as ergotamine to cure migraines. Additionally, caffeine can be utilised to treat the symptoms of gallbladder disease, asthma, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), weight loss, type 2 diabetes.

Caffeine is referred to as a stimulant as a result of how it works. In short, consumption of caffeine stimulates the user’s central nervous system (CNS), muscles, heart, and the bodily regions responsible for controlling blood pressure. In some cases, caffeine is utilised for the purpose of elevating blood pressure, but it does not always have this effect on individuals who use it regularly. In addition to stimulating the user’s CNS, caffeine is known to increase urine flow, but again, it does not always have this outcome on individuals who use it consistently. It is often used as a stimulant to aid alertness or used in sports to improve concentration or performance.

A handful of almonds before you start trucking or 1-2 apples usually works for me

Here’s what I’ve found:

YERBA MATÉ

It’s like a South American herbal tea but it is highly fermented so it has 100% of the caffeine of coffee so you get the same alertness you would if you were to drink coffee. The only difference is that the caffeine goes through your blood stream instead of your nervous system so you don’t get jittery. Oh, and it’s herbal which mean it doesn’t come from a bean which means it’s not going to upset your stomach.

It’s what keeps me going, so I hope it works for you too! Good luck!

The Guarana plant contains caffeine which is a well known stimulant for the CNS (central nervous system), muscles and heart. The Guarana supplement is widely used as a stimulant to give you an energy boost. There are no hard and fast rules when it comes to the dosage of Guarana. Anywhere between 200-2500mg per day is seen as acceptable. I have found this useful information on this page suggested by Bebe supplemented.co.uk/products/ … mg-capsule
