You only give one figure for your blood pressure, is this the first or second figure, ie, 142/78?
If 140 is the first figure you have no real problem, the limit for an HGV medical is 180/100, but if it’s the second figure you DO have a problem!
Seems to me your blood pressure is not a problem but the breathlessness certainly is.
