Started slimming world two weeks ago lost 6lb first week got weigh in tomorrow. Bloke i work with lost four stone on it and i know wheelnut has done realy well with it.
If anyones looking to loose weight and or improve there diet id recomend having a look at it.
The wife goes to slimming world, I was a bit dubious about it at first but she’s lost 5st 1lb in a little over 6 months.
Early fays but seems good for me.
