Agree with posts above its not the job most of the time its down to people themselves, im lucky always been driving so when I met my girlfriend she was like ok cool same as im ok with her working mornings and afternoon shifts for tesco as shes a team leader.more than lucky as im 45 and my gf is 27 
only thing is if she keeps up her running will have to put the plug in when she has a shower so I dont lose her lol.
